After finding something you like:
Step 1: Read the Terms and Conditions of Femme Affaires.
Step 1: Fill in the order form at the bottom of each page or email us @ femmeaffaires@yahoo.com.sg to enquire on availability.
(Upon receiving your e-mail, it would be deemed that you've agreed to the T&C)
Step 2: Type your name as the subject and include the following as the content of the e-mail:
- Item code
- Preferred payment method
- Delivery method
- Special requests, if any
- Queries
Step 4: If the item is available, the reply will be accompanied by the total price payable and payment needs to be made within 48 hours.
Step 5: Be patient and wait for your goodie!
Payment Method
Upon checking the availability of the item and still agreeable to the purchase, you can pay using one of the following methods:
- Cash of Delivery (COD)
- ATM Transfer (Please attach a snapshot of the transaction receipt and reply to our latest e-mail for verification of payment purposes)
Please take note that goods would be despatched only upon verification of the payment and we reserve all rights to reject any transactions without the snapshot (for ATM transfers).
Delivery Choices
The available delivery methods include:
- Normal Postage
-> Free of charge
- Registered Postage
-> This is recommended, however it requires an additional cost of $2.00
- Delivery
-> Free of charge, however may require up to three working days
